Mobile construction machinery repair
We come to the construction site, quarry, plant or equipment yard and diagnose and repair the machine there. There is no need to arrange a low-loader or take the machine out of service for a trip to a workshop. Hydraulic cylinders and pumps that cannot be repaired in the field are reconditioned in our workshop.
Construction machinery repair covers four main areas:
- DPF cleaning and AdBlue repair: DPF cleaning and regeneration, AdBlue, SCR and EGR system repair.
- Machine electrics and electronics: computer diagnostics, control units, wiring harnesses, sensors and fault codes.
- Hydraulic repair: cylinders, pumps, control valves, hoses and couplings; cylinder and pump reconditioning in the workshop.
- Engine repair: diagnostics and repair of diesel engines, fuel systems and ancillaries.

On-site construction machinery diagnostics
We run computer diagnostics at the machine: we read fault codes and operating data, measure hydraulic pressures and check the electrical system. Before the repair starts you know what is damaged and which parts are needed.
We service excavators, loaders, rollers, pavers, milling machines and other construction machinery, including Wirtgen, Vögele, Hamm, Bomag, Dynapac, Ammann, John Deere, New Holland.

What machinery repair costs
The price depends on the fault, the machine model, the parts needed and the travel distance. After diagnostics we give you a quote to approve before the repair starts. We issue VAT invoices.

Where does the Voltscan mobile service travel?
Our base is in the Silesian Voivodeship in Poland and we travel to machines across Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
How quickly can you get to the machine?
We agree the date when you report the fault. It depends on the distance and current jobs. During working hours (Mon–Fri 7:00–17:00) we usually get back to you within a few hours.
How much does the call-out cost?
The travel cost depends on the distance from our base. We tell you when we agree the job, together with how the repair will be priced, before we set off.
Which machine brands do you service?
We repair construction machinery of all common brands, including Wirtgen, Vögele, Hamm, Bomag, Dynapac, Ammann, John Deere, New Holland.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. The services are provided by As-Serwis Andrzej Siemienik, VAT registered in Poland (VAT ID PL5481110005).
